Apart from having a compact team of professionals team ERICA takes pride in distinguishing itself as an academy of interactive learning where there is close cooperation between the students and faculty. The teaching methodology is such that students are taught each and specific manner supported by well prepared study material. At the end of discussions on each topic, previous years questions are discussed  and students are made to practice writing papers.

As for the courses, the academy offers various short medium  and long duration programs for various popular optional subjects  and general studies following an integrated  approach.

Further, the academy keeps inviting time to time its former students and associates, who have qualified for various  civil services  and posted  a different  places throughout the country, to inspire and motivate  its current students.
